How a programme runs

From brief to bulk in four gates.

One desk owns the brief from first sketch to shipment. Nothing moves to bulk without an approved PPS.

Brief
Design images, sketches or a tech pack — plus target fabric, market and quantity.

Sample
7–9 working days · US$50–100 per garment piece, depending on construction and fabric.

PPS
Pre-production sample on bulk fabric and trims. 30% deposit after PPS approval.
04
Bulk
Typically 25–30 days after PPS (swim 30–40). 70% balance after final inspection.

Standard 150 pcs / style / colour · library trial from 100 · below 100 +15%.
