- Technical / exclusive Upper end — swim hardware, bonding, exclusive mill, complex trims. Custom patterns, prints and mill development are quoted separately.

What should a first enquiry include?
Category, target weight or reference, quantity per colour, destination. A clear photo is enough to start.
What is the sample fee?

Why is the sample fee a range, not one number?
One published range only: US$50–100 per garment piece. Where a style lands depends on construction and fabric complexity, confirmed in writing before you book. Library pull usually the lower end; sets billed as two pieces; swim hardware or exclusive mill toward the upper end. Custom patterns, prints and mill development are quoted separately — they are not a second published sample price.
What is the 30-day quality guarantee?
30 days from delivery · photo/video verification · refund per agreed terms.
Do you sign an NDA first?
When files are confidential — yes. Use the NDA portal, or send your company template. A clear public-facing photo does not require NDA to start.
Prop 65 / REACH / third-party inspection?
