    Mutual NDA before the first sketch, tech pack or fabric brief. Fabric developed for you is contractually exclusive. Open NDA portal →

    Open factory, any day

    Announced or unannounced — you or a third-party auditor. Audit report available under NDA before first order.

  3. 03

    Paid only when approved

    30% deposit only after you sign the PPS; 70% balance after final inspection. If a lot fails the agreed AQL, we rework at our cost.

  4. 04

    Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.

    Library samples are US$50–100 / garment piece, depending on construction and fabric. Sets are charged by the number of pieces. Custom patterns, prints, trims and fabric development are quoted separately. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.

    30-day quality guarantee

    Serious defects within 30 days of delivery — send photos or video. We verify and process refunds per agreed terms.

Do you make your own fabric?

No — we do not own knitting or dyeing. We specify yarn, weight, hand and colour with mill partners, test it, and keep it in our branded library. Then we cut and sew in our own building — which you can walk.

Can we audit the factory?

Any time — announced or unannounced, yourself or SGS / Intertek / QIMA. Factory and sales sit in one compound. Book a visit →

How do you protect our design?

Mutual NDA before anything is shared. Exclusive fabric by contract. Patterns and graded specs remain yours. NDA portal →

Do I need a full tech pack to start?

No. Design images, sketches, drafts, moodboards, simple design files, tech packs or library links all work — our development desk turns them into a pattern and a physical sample in 7–9 working days.

What size of brand do you work with?

Emerging brands through established mid-to-large private-label programmes, on the same desk. Standard MOQ is 150 pcs per style per colour; selected library styles can trial from 100, and below 100 carries a +15% surcharge.

What is the 30-day quality guarantee?

Within 30 days of delivery, report serious quality or construction defects with photos or video. Export desk verifies against production records and processes refunds per agreed terms.
