ZIESHINE · DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD.
UK tennis label
A dress and a skort on one PowerForm™ dye lot. The pocket is written before the pleat is approved.
What this page is
A reconstruction of the programme — not a named client's results.
A UK tennis label selling a dress and a skort as one court story. The pleat is not the product. The inner short and the ball pocket are.
- Market
- UK court label Clubs and retailers who reorder a colour, not a one-off event tee.
- Product
- PowerForm™ dress + skort One dye lot across the capsule.
- Mode
- Library, or semi-custom pocket A new pocket is a proto. It is not a note on the packing list.
- Bulk
- 25–30 days after PPS Court cut-and-sew. Not the swim calendar.
- Colour
- Pantone / lab dip Matched on proto. Each colour carries its own 150 pcs gate.
- Logo & labels
- Print, transfer, embroidery, woven label Care label and hangtag are locked on the proto, not at packing.
- Packaging
- Polybag, hanger, carton mark Artwork sits on the PPS pack-out sheet.
- Grading
- XXS–3XL in-house Extra lengths add markers. They do not replace the colour MOQ.
We do not publish another brand's name, sell-through, margin or inspection score. Every number on this page is a ZIESHINE term, also on the Company Fact Sheet. Standard MOQ is 150. 100 is not sitewide.
“Tennis manufacturer for clubs and retailers” is won on the written pocket and the shared dye lot, not on a lookbook pleat.
The buyer and the product
The buyer needs a dress and a skort that read as one label under club lighting. Both sit on PowerForm™. AirTouch™ is the wrong hand when the brief is on-court. Photographed skorts and dresses are the starting blocks; a private-label change is colour, logo and a pocket or liner revision locked on proto.
What has to be true before colour bulk
- Inner-short rise and leg opening, written.
- Ball pocket that still sits closed after a lunge — side seam and pocket bag specified, not “add a pocket”.
- Pleat recovery after the dry method the label will tell its customer to use. A press-day pleat is not a QC release.
- One dye lot shared by the dress and the skort. Two lots is how a “matching” capsule fails at retail.
Development nodes
Brief, fabric lock, sample at US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days, fit notes, PPS, then bulk typically 25–30 days after PPS. MOQ is 150 per style per colour. A dress and a skort are two styles. They do not share one MOQ.
The problem
The tech pack shows a clean pleat and says “built-in short”. It does not say how deep the short is, or whether the pocket opens when the wearer lunges. That omission becomes a return after the first club order, and it is expensive to discover at bulk.
The result we will sign
Pocket, liner and pleat-wash method written on the fit sheet before PPS. Dress and skort approved on the same PowerForm™ lot. No claim here about a club’s reorder rate. If the label also wants a golf dress, that brief stays on this court desk until a golf library is deep enough for its own page — we do not open an empty golf manufacturer URL.
