What this page is

A reconstruction of the programme — not a named client's results.

A buyer who needs a recycled-fibre claim they can defend. GRS is a mill scope and a transaction certificate. It is not a default tick on the AquaForm™ library.

Claim
GRS only with TC scope Not every library colour. Not the packaging, unless that scope is separate and written.
Fabric
AquaForm™ 220 is the named base A recycled option is a mill path, marked before proto.
Still required
Chlorine and colourfast A recycled path does not replace the wet test.
When
At fabric lock After PPS is too late for the certificate to match the PO.
Colour
Pantone / lab dip Matched on proto. Each colour carries its own 150 pcs gate.
Logo & labels
Print, transfer, embroidery, woven label Care label and hangtag are locked on the proto, not at packing.
Packaging
Polybag, hanger, carton mark Artwork sits on the PPS pack-out sheet.
Grading
XXS–3XL in-house Extra lengths add markers. They do not replace the colour MOQ.

We do not publish another brand's name, sell-through, margin or inspection score. Every number on this page is a ZIESHINE term, also on the Company Fact Sheet. Standard MOQ is 150. 100 is not sitewide.

Competitor pages win “recycled swimwear manufacturer” by implying the whole line is recycled. That sentence is how a buyer’s compliance team later unwinds the order. This reconstruction says what we will put on a PO.

What is true

ZIESHINE cuts and sews swimwear in Dongguan on AquaForm™ 220 for private-label programmes. Recycled-fibre options exist where the mill, the material scope and a GRS transaction certificate match the purchase order. The library colour you saw on the site is not GRS-labelled by default. A hangtag that says recycled, without that scope, is a claim we will not print.

How the programme runs

  1. Mark sustainability as prefer or required in the fabric selector.
  2. Choose the silhouette on the bikini, one-piece or tankini desk.
  3. Lock the fibre path and the chlorine gate before colour bulk.
  4. Sample at US$50–100 per garment piece, 7–9 working days, on the cloth you intend to certify — not on a stand-in.
  5. Write the transaction-certificate scope into the PPS pack. Then bulk, typically 30–40 days after PPS.

Garment MOQ stays 150 per style per colour. If the recycled quality is a custom mill hand rather than an available option, the mill minimum (typically 500–1300 m per colour) applies on top. We will say which one it is in the quote. We will not fold it into the garment MOQ to make the email shorter.

The problem

The brand guideline says “recycled nylon” in the header and the PO says “as photographed library colour”. Those are two different cloths. The certificate cannot be issued backwards onto a lot that was never booked as recycled.

The result we will sign

Either a library AquaForm™ programme with no recycled claim, or a recycled path with mill and TC scope written before proto colour approval. Chlorine testing still happens. Packaging and trims are not covered by a garment fibre claim unless their own scope is written. No percentage of “ocean plastic” and no client logo on this page.

FAQ

Is every ZIESHINE swimsuit GRS?

No. GRS-certified options depend on the mill, the material scope and the transaction certificate. The photographed library is not recycled by default.

Does a recycled path skip chlorine testing?

No. Fibre claim and wet performance are both gates.

When do we raise GRS?

At fabric lock, before proto colour approval, so the certificate can match the PO.
