We do not publish another brand's name, sell-through, margin or inspection score. Every number on this page is a ZIESHINE term, also on the Company Fact Sheet. Standard MOQ is 150. 100 is not sitewide.

The search is “yoga wear manufacturer for a DTC brand”. The decision is which colours you can actually test, and on which hand.

The buyer and the product

The buyer sells a set: bra, legging, sometimes a short or tank, one colour story. The library already has those blocks photographed. Private label here means colour, logo, care label, hangtag and packaging on that block — not a new mill story for the launch drop.

PowerForm™ 215 is the compression and squat-coverage hand. AirTouch™ 195 is the softer studio hand. Mixing them inside one colour story without a written reason is how a capsule looks like two brands.

MOQ the way a founder actually asks it

Standard garment MOQ is 150 pieces per style per colour. A selected library style can trial from 100 when fabric is available and the construction is unchanged. Six colours at 80 pieces is neither number. It also does not open a custom fabric lot: custom fabric is typically 500–1300 m per colour at the mill, and that gate is separate from the garment MOQ.

Development nodes

  1. Brief — design images, a sketch or a tech pack are all enough to start.
  2. Hand lock — 215 or 195, named, before colourways multiply.
  3. Sample — US$50–100 per garment piece, 7–9 working days, Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
  4. Fit notes — rise, inseam, waistband recovery, opacity on the lightest colour.
  5. PPS sign-off, then bulk, typically 25–30 days after PPS on this fabric path.

The problem

The brief arrives as twelve SKUs, a new “buttery” fabric name, and a request to beat 100 pieces because the brand is early. That request moves the risk onto a mill booking ZIESHINE does not own — we cut and sew in Dongguan; knitting and dyeing sit with specialist mills. A new hand at a trial quantity is how the first delivery slips and the opacity test never happens on the cloth you will sell.

The result we will sign

Two or three colours on one named hand. Logo method chosen on the proto (print, transfer, embroidery or a woven label). Opacity checked on the lightest colour before PPS. We will not attach a conversion rate or a return-rate claim to this page. If the waistband must change, that is a semi-custom proto, still at 150 per colour, not a free revision at bulk.

FAQ

Is this a named US client?

No. It is the programme we run for that buyer type. Client names and their sell-through stay off the site.

Can a DTC brand start at 100?

Only on a qualifying library style, and only when fabric and construction clear. 100 is not the standard and it is not a startup discount.

What does the sample cost?

US$50–100 per garment piece, depending on construction and fabric, in 7–9 working days.
