How we are built

Two systems.
One accountable desk.

We do not own knitting or dyeing machines — and we say so up front. Specialist mills knit and dye to our specification; our development desk locks colour, hand and fit; our Dongguan floor cuts, sews, inspects and packs. One brief, one named contact, from yarn to carton.

  1. Partner

    Mill partners

Yarn, knitting, dyeing and finishing — to our specification.

    • Knit and dye to the locked brief
    • Custom fabric typically 500–1,300 m+ / colour
    • GRS fibre on the mill’s transaction certificate
  2. ZIESHINE

    Development desk

Colour, hand and fit locked before anything is cut.

    • Lab dip in 48 h typical · ΔE ≤ 0.8
    • Hand and weight locked before sampling
    • Pattern, grading and samples in 7–9 working days
  3. ZIESHINE

    Dongguan floor

Cut, sewn, inspected and packed under one roof.

    • CNC cutting · flatlock · coverstitch
    • TEGOTE hanger lines · MES + ERP tracking
    • Inline QC 20/50/80% · final AQL per QC protocol

Quality gates

Four gates from
brief to carton.

Real orders get photos at each gate and one named contact — not a portal login. Bulk lead time starts only after you approve the PPS.

  1. 01

    NDA & fabric

Mutual NDA, then a named base or mill development. Samples US$50–100 per garment piece · 7–9 working days.

  2. 02

    Lab dip & proto

Colour to ΔE ≤ 0.8. Proto on real fabric and real seams before any deposit.

  3. 03

    PPS lock

Pre-production sample on bulk fabric and trims. Nothing goes on the line before you sign; 30% deposit after PPS approval.

  4. 04

    Cut · sew · inspect

Inline 20/50/80%, final AQL per QC protocol. 70% balance after final inspection.

Final inspection protocol

Final random inspection using an agreed AQL sampling plan. Default acceptance levels are confirmed in the buyer’s QC protocol before bulk; buyer-specific inspection standards take priority.

  • Framework · ISO 2859-1 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4
  • Starting point · General Inspection Level II
  • Third parties · SGS / QIMA / BV welcome
  • If a lot fails · rework at our cost
