ZIESHINE · DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD.
How a private-label programme is actually scoped
Six buyer situations we build for, and five rescues after something went wrong. The lesson from stronger competitor case pages is the decision structure — market, product, development mode, MOQ gate, the problem, and the result we will sign — not a fabricated success metric.
Development modes
MOQ follows the mode. Garment MOQ does not cancel a mill minimum.
A useful competitor page separates stock-plus-logo, semi-custom, full OEM and custom fabric. ZIESHINE uses the same split, with numbers we already publish.
- Library + logo
- 150 pcs / style / colour Selected library trial from 100 when the block and the fabric both clear. Logo, care label, hangtag, packaging. Construction stays the photographed block.
- Semi-custom
- Same garment MOQ, extra proto Rise, lining, hardware, length or coverage change on a named base — PowerForm™, AirTouch™ or AquaForm™. The sample clock starts after the change is written.
- Full OEM
- 150 pcs, pattern time first Your tech pack. Grading and a new marker sit before the 7–9 day sample. Pattern IP is a contract line, not a slogan.
- Custom fabric
- Mill MCQ is separate Custom fabric is typically 500–1300 m per colour, mill dependent. A 150-piece garment order does not open that lot by itself.

Procurement teams discount case studies that quote a sales lift and will not name the PO. These pages are written the other way: the buyer type is real as a market we serve, the product is a photographed library block, and the result is the decision the programme is built to reach.
Six programme reconstructions
- US DTC yoga brand — sets on PowerForm™ / AirTouch™. The failure mode is six colours at a sub-trial quantity on a new hand.
- UK tennis label — dress and skort on one PowerForm™ dye lot. The failure mode is a pleat photo with no written ball pocket.
- EU swimwear brand — bikini sets billed as two pieces, bulk 30–40 days after PPS. The failure mode is a dry hang photo used as a chlorine approval.
- GCC coverage programme — tankini and longer one-piece. Modest is a coverage map, not a second factory. DDP to GCC is on request.
- Startup first PO — library plus logo. Trial from 100 is a library exception, not a startup price.
- Recycled swimwear path — GRS is a mill and transaction-certificate scope. It is not the default label on AquaForm™.
When something has already gone wrong
Five reconstructions of programmes that arrive after a failure — the situations procurement teams actually escalate.
- Sheer leggings rescue — sample passed, bulk went see-through. The gate is an opacity check on the bulk lot, lightest colour, largest size.
- Factory switch fit transfer — the old factory kept the pattern. Counter-sample, golden sample, size set before PPS.
- One colour, three fabrics — body, mesh and elastic split in daylight. Lab dip per material, named light, shade band.
- Pilling and colour transfer — reviews before the reorder. Abrasion map, bulk-lot fastness and pilling reports before cutting.
- First wholesale account — vendor manual, labels, RSL tests, third-party inspection, ship window from PPS.
What we will not publish to win the keyword
- A client logo, a country-plus-wholesaler anecdote, or a percentage we cannot show a buyer in the showroom.
- Kids, maternity, plus-size or men's boardshort manufacturer pages. Those silhouettes are not a proved library line.
- A separate manufacturer URL for chlorine resistance, lining, hardware or sampling. Those are gates on the swim programme, and each already has a technical page.
