ZIESHINE supports sustainability in the activewear and swimwear we make in Dongguan. That support is OEKO-TEX on the garment, a GRS path for recycled content, an amfori BSCI social audit, and ISO 9001 so the sealed sample is what gets produced in bulk. When the order asks, the garment bag, main label and size label are briefed with the packaging and trim partners we work with, and only inside the certificate that names the article.

Sustainable development, on the purchase order
DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. (东莞市志尚时装有限公司, USCC 91441900MAEBFBD31K) supports a brand that wants a more responsible yoga, tennis, golf, swim or knit programme. We do that with four instruments a buyer can check — chemical safety, recycled content, a social audit and a quality system — and with a mill transaction certificate when the garment itself carries a recycled-fibre claim. The library styles on this site are the starting point. A recycled claim is added when the order asks for it.
- Chemical safety
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I Certificate BJ015 235965, issued by TESTEX, valid to April 2027. Class I is the restricted-substance level. It is a test report against that standard, not a promise that a style is “chemical-free”.
- Recycled content
- GRS 4.0, licence D26089-G4 Issued by Intertek, valid to December 2026. At this factory the licence covers packaging and functional accessories. A compostable garment bag is briefed with our packaging partner, on the pack-out. Recycled nylon or rPET on the garment is a mill path, documented by a transaction certificate for that purchase order.
- Social audit
- amfori BSCI 156-026029-000 Audited through TÜV Rheinland, valid to March 2028. This is a labour and workplace audit of the factory. It is not an environmental product label.
- Quality system
- ISO 9001:2015 U17Q2GZB006858R0S Issued under GIC / UKAS. It keeps the approved sample, the bulk and the inspection on one system. It is not ISO 14001 and it is not a carbon standard.

Garment bag
A compostable bag, when the order asks for it.
Home-compostable under TÜV Austria OK compost HOME, trade mark ZB-Bio-H002, maximum nominal thickness 63 µm, including coloured printing, valid to 26 June 2028. The registration names bags for refuse, check-out and loose products. A garment polybag carries the mark only when that article sits inside the registration. An SGS composition test on a PLA+PBAT sample, report GZMR220601990801 (2022), read about 81% PBAT and 16% PLA, for reference. That is a compostable blend. It is not recycled content.

Main label and size label
Recycled fibre, when the programme asks for it.
We brief a recycled-fibre main label or size label with the label partner already on our trim list. The GRS mark is printed when their current scope certificate names that article and a transaction certificate covers the lot. An older scope on file covers sewing thread and filament. It does not name the label, and it is out of date, so it is not the sentence on the trim. Functional accessories made in this factory stay on licence D26089-G4 through December 2026.

Hangtag Quoted with the same partners
Paper hangtag
Specified in the same pack. No recycled or FSC claim on the board.
A paper hangtag can travel with the bag and the labels. This desk does not hold an FSC or recycled-board certificate, so the hangtag is not described as recycled, FSC or compostable. A recycled-fibre line about the garment is a separate decision, and it follows the mill transaction certificate.
These are partner certificates, used because we make the garment with those partners. They are not reissued in the name of DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. The four instruments above remain ours, including GRS D26089-G4 for packaging and functional accessories. Before a logo is printed, Export desk sends the scope PDF under NDA: number, holder, article, end date. A mark past its end date is not used, and it does not move to a thicker film or a different resin.
How a programme is briefed
The sentence is locked before proto colour
- Say whether recycled fibre is required, preferred, or outside this programme.
- Name the sentence the label must survive: an OEKO-TEX class, a GRS percentage, or no fibre claim.
- We answer with the certificate that names the article. The bag, the label, the garment fibre and the factory trims each have their own number.
- Book the cloth you intend to certify. A library colour on this site is not a recycled lot unless the quote says so.
- Keep the wear test. Recycled swim still takes chlorine and colourfastness. Recycled yoga still takes opacity and recovery.
- Sample on that cloth: US$50–100 per piece, 7–9 working days. The certificate scope goes into the PPS pack, then bulk.
Garment MOQ stays 150 pieces per style per colour. When the recycled quality is a custom mill hand, the mill minimum — typically 500–1300 metres per colour — sits on top of the garment MOQ. The quote says which one applies.
What we will not print
The limit stays on the file
- That every ZIESHINE garment is GRS-certified, recycled, or organic.
- That every bag, hangtag, size label or main label is made from recycled material, or that “compostable” and “recycled” are the same word.
- A compostability logo on a bag the current certificate does not name, or a partner mark after its end date.
- A GRS hangtag or care label without a mill transaction certificate for that bulk.
- Carbon neutral, net zero, climate positive, or a percentage of emissions reduced. We do not publish a carbon inventory.
- Ocean plastic, “saved bottles”, or a recycled percentage that is not on the transaction certificate.
- GOTS, OEKO-TEX Made in Green, bluesign, ISO 14001, or B Corp. Those are not certificates of this factory.
- A consumer claim wider than the scope PDF Export desk sends under NDA.
If a retailer checklist asks for one of those marks, we say so before sampling.

Is every ZIESHINE garment recycled or GRS-certified?
No. The photographed library is not GRS-labelled by default. Licence D26089-G4 covers packaging and functional accessories at this factory. A garment recycled-content claim needs a mill transaction certificate that matches that purchase order.
Which sustainability certificates can a buyer verify?

Yes, when the purchase order asks. The bag and the labels are specified with accessory partners we work with, and the certificate stays in the partner’s name. The garment bag is compostable, not recycled, and it carries a compostability mark only when that partner’s current certificate names the article. Shenzhen Zhengbang’s OK compost HOME registration is TA8022307612, valid to 26 June 2028, trade mark ZB-Bio-H002, maximum 63 µm. A recycled main label or size label is printed only with the label partner’s current scope that names the article and a transaction certificate for the lot. Paper hangtags are quoted in the same pack-out and are not described as recycled or FSC.
Is the compostable garment bag a recycled or GRS bag?
No. Compostable and recycled are different claims. The bag follows Shenzhen Zhengbang’s OK compost HOME registration TA8022307612, valid to 26 June 2028, only when the article on the order is the one named in that registration. GRS D26089-G4 is this factory’s licence for packaging and functional accessories. The PLA+PBAT composition test is not a recycled-content licence.
Can ZIESHINE print a recycled-fibre claim for the garment on the hangtag?
Only when the mill transaction certificate documents the fibre percentage for that bulk, and Export desk has confirmed the claim language before print. A GRS mark without that match is not printed. That sentence is about the garment fibre. It does not make the paper hangtag itself recycled or FSC.
Does ZIESHINE claim carbon neutral or net zero?
No. ZIESHINE does not publish a carbon inventory, a net-zero target, an ocean-plastic percentage, ISO 14001, or GOTS. Those sentences are not printed on labels or on this page.
