We do not publish another brand's name, sell-through, margin or inspection score. Every number on this page is a ZIESHINE term, also on the Company Fact Sheet. Standard MOQ is 150. 100 is not sitewide.
Startups lose the first season by opening a custom fabric to “be unique”, then missing the mill minimum and the calendar. The professional first PO is a photographed block with your label on it.
Which mode matches which maturity
- Library + logo. You need a product this quarter. Construction risk stays on a block we already sew. MOQ 150 per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 when the style qualifies.
- Semi-custom. You have sold the block once and now need a waistband, pocket or lining that is yours. Same garment MOQ, an extra proto.
- Full OEM. You have a tech pack and a fit you will defend. Pattern time sits before the sample clock.
- Custom fabric. You are repeating a colour and a hand. Mill minimum is typically 500–1300 m per colour. Do not put this on PO number one.
The problem
The deck says “low MOQ manufacturer” and the spreadsheet says eight styles, four colours, a custom nylon, and a target under 100. Below 100 is a feasibility and surcharge conversation, not a published starting price. Eight new styles also means eight protos. The sample fee is per garment piece, so a set is not one fee.
The result we will sign
A short list of library styles on PowerForm™, AirTouch™, AquaForm™ or CloudTouch™. One logo method. Care label and hangtag on the proto. Bulk only after PPS. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited. Custom fabric quoted separately, with the mill quantity visible, when a colour has already sold. Legal entity on the contract is DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD.

FAQ
Is 100 the startup MOQ?
No. Standard MOQ is 150 per style per colour. From 100 is a selected library trial, subject to fabric and construction. It is not a sitewide startup tier.
Will you develop my own fabric for the first order?
We can quote it. The mill quantity is typically 500–1300 m per colour and is not replaced by a 150-piece garment order. Most first POs should stay on a named base.
What can I send if I do not have a tech pack?
Design images, a sketch, or a library style link. A tech pack is welcome. It is not a gate to the first conversation.
