UK buyer FAQ
What UK brands ask before they brief.
Are you a UK activewear manufacturer?
No. We manufacture in Dongguan, China, for UK brands. Garments are labelled Made in China and shipped FOB Shenzhen, or DDP to the UK on request.
Can you ship DDP to the UK?
Yes, on request. The quote includes duty and import VAT as agreed in writing and carries a validity date. FOB Shenzhen remains the default term.
Can one shipment serve both the UK and the EU?
Not through one customs entry. The UK and the EU are separate customs territories, so plan two entries (or ship to one and re-export, with your agent's advice).
Do your labels use UK fibre names?
Yes. UK labels read polyamide and elastane, not nylon and spandex. We draft from the mill composition and you approve on the proto.
Do you grade UK sizes?
Yes. UK numeric or alpha XXS–3XL graded in-house; the size curve is proved on the proto before PPS.
What MOQ do UK brands start with?
150 pcs per style per colour; selected library styles can trial from 100 when fabric and construction allow.
Can we get recycled-content polybags for Plastic Packaging Tax?
Yes. Our GRS licence D26089-G4 covers packaging and accessories, so recycled-content polybags can ship with their documentation. Recycled garment fibre is a separate mill transaction-certificate path.
How do samples reach the UK?
By express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS), quoted separately. Samples are US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days.
