Yes, as a graded length run — not by stretching the same marker. Petite / tall inseams are extra size sets on the PO. Standard library is S–XL on one grade. Extra lengths do not change the 150 pcs / colour MOQ by themselves, but they do add markers, spreading time and a written size spec before PPS.

Pleated Quick-Dry Skort is drafted as a tennis skort — the liner / built-in short is part of the block, not a retail add-on. Coverage length, pocket map and silicone hem are confirmed on proto. A sister skort can share AirTouch™ 195 dye lots only if both stay on the same named base.

Tennis Skort sits on AirTouch™ 195 — Cool-touch Nylon / Lycra® · 190–200 g/m². AirTouch™ is the cooler, lighter yoga path. If Swan White must stay squat-proof, we check opacity on that dye lot at proto; some programmes move the same block onto PowerForm™ 215 rather than inventing a mid-weight.

Heat-transfer, silicone, woven labels and custom hangtags available. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed at PPS. On AirTouch™ 195, large chest transfers on high-stretch panels are sampled before bulk — cracking shows at the squat or serve gate. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed on PPS, not on a moodboard.

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AirTouch™ 195 fails on Swan White, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
