Is this a real NDA portal — or just a promise?
This page is the working infrastructure: preview the live PDF, download the pre-executed Signature Edition, return the signed file, then submit your tech pack on Contact for an Inquiry ID. Footer and homepage promises point here.
Is the NDA mutual?
Yes. It protects confidential information disclosed by either party during apparel development and manufacturing discussions.
Is ZIESHINE already signed?
Party A is pre-completed and sealed on the current Signature Edition. You complete Party B only.
Can I sign electronically?
Yes, subject to the Agreement and applicable law. Return the complete PDF with the authorised signature and date.
What do I need to complete?
Party B identity fields, Clause 15, signature/date, and any applicable schedules marked for the buyer.
Can we use our own NDA?
Yes. Upload or email it for review before confidential files are shared — see Prefer your company’s NDA above.
When can I share my tech pack?
After the NDA is fully completed and returned (status: NDA received → under review). Then use Send My Tech Pack. Sharing packs before NDA return delays confidential review.
How are signed PDFs stored?
Returned signed NDAs are stored in private server storage (not a public media library), are not indexed by search engines, and are used only to review the agreement and unlock confidential development exchange. Uploads are structurally validated (and ClamAV-scanned when available). See our Privacy Policy.
How long do you keep signed NDAs?
Signed return files are retained in private storage for up to 365 days by default (or as required for an active programme / applicable law), then reviewed for deletion. Admin access uses time-limited signed download URLs — never a public folder listing.
