How the Material Library is organised

Material System 2026 connects four named bases (PowerForm, AirTouch, AquaForm, CloudTouch), ZF development references across eight collections, and live custom colour programmes. Named bases lock a measured hand when you need speed. ZF codes expand surface, fibre and GSM direction for differentiation. Custom codes carry season colour stories under NDA.

Buyer path

  1. Pick a collection by product intention (yoga, swim, knit, court, sculpt, print).
  2. Open a ZF dossier for direction — then confirm by physical swatch.
  3. Map to a named base for garment sampling, or keep a custom mill path when the brief requires it.
  4. Validate on a library silhouette before PPS and bulk.

Commercial notes

ZF pages are development references — not fabric-by-the-yard retail. Garment programmes use standard MOQ 150 pcs per style and colour (trial from 100 on existing library styles). Samples US$50-100 / garment piece in 7-9 working days. Legal entity: DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. Fabric MCQ and dye-lot size are scoped per mill programme; we do not publish FOB from the library hub.
