What buyers, procurement and designers ask first.

What are bulk lead times?

After PPS approval: cut-and-sew yoga/tennis about 25–30 days on stocked fabric; seamless and fine-gauge knit similar after yarn booking; custom swim is programme-based. Peak season and custom dye extend the window — we lock dates on your SKU list. Capacity sheet →

Do you make your own fabric?

No — we do not own knitting or dyeing. We specify yarn, weight, hand and colour with mill partners, test it, and keep it in our branded library. Then we cut and sew in our own building — which you can walk.

What is your MOQ?

Standard MOQ is typically 150 pcs per style / colour. Selected library trial programmes may start from 100 pcs per colour, subject to fabric availability. Custom fabric typically ~500 m / colour. Below MOQ is subject to fabric availability and may carry a development surcharge.

How do designers work with you?

Send a tech pack, sketch pack or fabric reference. We return a physical sample in 7–9 working days on library bases, then fit rounds with written change notes before PPS. What are your payment terms?

30% after you sign the PPS — not at PO. 70% against passed final inspection. Fail AQL — we rework at our cost.

Can we audit the factory?

Any time — announced or unannounced, yourself or SGS / Intertek / QIMA. Factory and sales sit in one compound.

What is the sample fee?

Library samples from US$45 / garment piece · sets by piece count · custom work quoted separately · may be credited against a confirmed bulk order · courier excluded.

What is the 30-day quality guarantee?

Within 30 days of delivery, report serious quality or construction defects with photos or video. Export desk verifies against production records and processes refunds per agreed terms.

How do you protect our design?

Mutual NDA before anything is shared. Exclusive fabric by contract. Patterns and graded specs remain yours.
