How is coverage and lining locked before PPS?
Coverage is written on the fit sheet — we do not infer retail coverage from a moodboard. Front lining is typical; power-mesh or colour-matched lining is a sample option. Light colours need a wet-opacity check. Hardware colour and clasp type are BOM items, not afterthoughts.
Does this court block include built-in shorts, and can the liner length change?
Recycled Mesh Tennis Dress is drafted as a tennis dress — the liner / built-in short is part of the block, not a retail add-on. Coverage length, pocket map and silicone hem are confirmed on proto. A sister skort can share AquaForm™ 220 dye lots only if both stay on the same named base.

Tennis Dress runs on AquaForm™ 220 — 75% Nylon / 25% Lycra® · 220 g/m² · UPF 50+. AquaForm™ 220 is the chlorine-fast Nylon/Lycra® swim face. Hardware, lining and wet-opacity on Cream Apricot are sample gates — not brochure claims. GRS recycled fibre is a mill TC path, not the sitewide default.
Which logo methods survive chlorine and wet wear on this fabric?
Heat-transfer, silicone, woven labels and custom hangtags available. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed at PPS.

What changes affect the MOQ on this style?
Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.
How is opacity checked before bulk?
On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AquaForm™ 220 fails on Cream Apricot, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
