Business use

This site is for qualified B2B buyers, brands, and sourcing professionals. Content describes manufacturing capabilities, not a consumer retail store.

Catalogue & images

Product photos show reference blocks for private-label development. Styles, colours, and fabrics are indicative until confirmed in writing under NDA or purchase terms. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our images without permission.

No binding quotes online

MOQ, lead times, sample fees, and capacity figures on this site are planning guides. Binding terms appear only in proforma invoices, purchase orders, or signed manufacturing agreements.

Intellectual property

ZIESHINE trademarks, fabric names, site design, and copy are owned by DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. Your designs remain yours under mutual NDA. Do not use our marks without written consent.

Automated access & competitive use

You may not use bots, scrapers, or scripts to bulk-download our product library, images, line sheets, or catalog data. Rate limits and geographic access controls protect the buyer library. Circumvention may result in IP blocks and pursuit of misuse under these terms and applicable law.

AI assistant

AI responses are informational only and may be incomplete. Do not rely on them for legal, compliance, or final commercial decisions. Confirm with Export desk.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from site use. Our liability for any claim related to site content is limited to USD 100 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction applies. This site is not directed at consumers.

How these terms apply to OEM programmes

These site terms cover how buyers use zieshine.com, download packs and submit development briefs to Export desk. They do not replace a purchase order, NDA or quality agreement for a production programme.

Commercial production with ZIESHINE is contracted under DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. Standard garment MOQ is 150 pcs per style and colour (library trial from 100). Samples are US$50-100 / garment piece in 7-9 working days on library paths unless a programme agreement states otherwise. FOB and payment terms are set on the order documents — not inferred from marketing pages.
