Four steps, one reference.
- Get a written sample quote — The export desk confirms styles, piece count, the fee per garment piece (US$50–100, depending on construction and fabric) and courier, with your quote number.
- Pick the account by where your bank is — US bank: ACH or Fedwire. Hong Kong bank: CHATS. Anywhere else: SWIFT (T/T) to the Hong Kong account. Or the XTransfer checkout.
- Pay the quote total with the memo — Send the exact invoice amount — SWIFT with charges “OUR” — and put [Buyer name] [Invoice no.] [Product] in the memo.

Before you send money.
Which account should I pay into?
Go by where your bank is. US bank: ACH or Fedwire to the US account. Hong Kong bank: CHATS to the Hong Kong account. Any other country: SWIFT (T/T) to the Hong Kong account. If you would rather pay online, use the XTransfer checkout.
ACH or Fedwire — which should I use?
Both are US domestic USD transfers into the US account. ACH is usually the lowest-cost option and typically arrives in 1–3 business days; use routing number 026073150. Fedwire arrives the same business day when sent before your bank’s cut-off, and your bank charges its outgoing wire fee; use routing number 026073008.
I am in Europe, the UK or the Middle East. How do I pay?
Send a SWIFT (T/T) transfer to the Hong Kong account: DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, SWIFT/BIC DHBKHKHH (DHBKHKHHXXX if your bank needs 11 characters), account 79969000837981, account name Dongguan Zieshine Apparel Co.,Ltd. — copied exactly, because DBS will not process a payment whose account name does not match. Choose charges “OUR”, put the memo in the payment details field, and pay in the currency on your invoice. The account accepts USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, CNY, JPY, AUD, CAD, CHF, SGD, NZD, DKK and NOK.
Why “OUR” and not “SHA” for SWIFT?
On a small sample invoice, intermediary-bank deductions under SHA (often US$15–35) leave a shortfall, and the sample order waits until it is settled. OUR means the sender pays all charges and the invoice amount arrives in full.
What should the memo say?
[Buyer name] [Invoice/contract number] [Product] — for example “North Court Athletics ZS-2026-1042 Sample fee tennis dress”. The memo builder above formats it and warns you if it runs long.
Is the courier included in the sample fee?
No. The sample fee is US$50–100 per garment piece; international courier is quoted separately on your sample quote. Pay the quote total, which covers both.
Can the sample fee be credited against a bulk order?
Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
When do my samples start?
When the payment has arrived and been matched — 7–9 working days on library fabrics. ACH and SWIFT can take 1–3 business days to arrive, so email your payment confirmation (for SWIFT, the MT103 or bank slip) to business@zieshine.com.cn the day you send it.
Someone emailed me different bank details for ZIESHINE. What do I do?
Do not pay. The only published details are on this page, every account is in the name DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD., and we never change them by email, chat or phone. Forward the message to business@zieshine.com.cn so we can confirm and report it.
