We manufacture private-label apparel and develop fabrics for overseas brands. This policy covers the public website and the inquiry / sample workflows linked from it.
When you submit an inquiry form, email us, download buyer packs, or use the on-site AI assistant, we may collect: company or brand name, work email, message content, product interests and style slugs, category, quantity band, destination country, fabric targets, file links you provide, and the page URL you came from. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, path) and optional analytics events (for example page views and conversion events) when analytics is enabled. We do not run a consumer retail checkout and we do not intentionally collect special-category personal data.
We process inquiry data on legitimate interest (responding to B2B requests you initiate) and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract. Where a checkbox consent is shown on the contact form, that consent covers processing needed to respond to that request. Marketing emails are sent only with opt-in where required by local law.
