Last updated: 7 October 2026 · Applies to www.zieshine.com and business inquiries to DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. (ZIESHINE).
ZIESHINE is the export brand of DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD., Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Export desk: business@zieshine.com.cn. We manufacture private-label apparel and develop fabrics for overseas brands. This policy covers the public website and the inquiry / sample workflows linked from it.
When you submit an inquiry form, email us, download buyer packs, or use the on-site AI assistant, we may collect: company or brand name, work email, message content, product interests and style slugs, category, quantity band, destination country, fabric targets, file links you provide, and the page URL you came from. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, path) and optional analytics events (for example page views and conversion events) when analytics is enabled. We do not run a consumer retail checkout and we do not intentionally collect special-category personal data.
We process inquiry data on legitimate interest (responding to B2B requests you initiate) and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract. Where a checkbox consent is shown on the contact form, that consent covers processing needed to respond to that request. Marketing emails are sent only with opt-in where required by local law.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors who help us operate the service: email and hosting providers, analytics and advertising-measurement providers (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), freight forwarders when you request shipping quotes, and professional advisers under confidentiality. Designs exchanged under mutual NDA are not published. Where we use AI model providers to power the public assistant, prompts are used to answer your question and are not sold as marketing lists.
Essential cookies and local storage keep navigation, language preference, and inquiry-list features working. Optional cookies are off by default under Google Consent Mode v2 (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied). Google Analytics 4 only runs after you choose Accept — or enable Analytics storage in Preferences. For GA4, IP anonymization is enabled and we do not enable Google signals or ad personalization signals.
We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. Until you consent to advertising storage, it sets no advertising cookies and sends only cookieless, aggregated signals that Google uses to model ad performance. If you choose Accept — or enable Advertising storage in Preferences — Google Ads may set cookies to attribute an inquiry to an ad click and to build remarketing audiences. Google acts under its own partner-site policy; you can also manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Every visitor worldwide sees a cookie bar with equal Reject and Accept choices. Rejecting optional cookies does not block the catalogue, lookbook or inquiry form. Analytics and advertising storage can be set separately in Preferences, and you can change your choice anytime:
First-party visit beacons that record path and rough traffic source for operations may run without advertising cookies. You can clear site data and control cookies in your browser.
Active inquiry threads: up to 3 years after last contact unless a longer period is needed for contracts, tax, or disputes. Server and visit logs: typically 90 days. Analytics retention follows the configured tool settings.
Data may be processed in China and on cloud services used by our team. For EEA/UK users we apply appropriate safeguards where required for cross-border transfers of personal data.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email business@zieshine.com.cn with “Privacy request” in the subject — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The site is directed at business buyers and brand teams. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We use HTTPS, access controls on inquiry storage, and rate limits on public APIs. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or payment card numbers through the inquiry form.
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Material changes to how we use inquiry data will be noted on the contact page.
