Halter Colour-Block Padded Yoga Bra

Each panel colour is its own lot. On Halter Colour-Block Padded Yoga Bra, contrast panels are matched as a pair on the proto — we do not assume two library solids will sit next to each other without a lab dip. Changing one panel colour is a new dip, not a line-side swap.

Most library bras use a pocketed or fixed pad map written on the block. Removable pads, shelf-only, or a denser shock cup are proto options. Dropping pads on a plunge or open-back can change opacity — we check that on the lightest colour before PPS.

Sports Bra sits on AirTouch™ 195 — Cool-touch Nylon / Lycra® · 190–200 g/m². AirTouch™ is the cooler, lighter yoga path. If Peach Pink must stay squat-proof, we check opacity on that dye lot at proto; some programmes move the same block onto PowerForm™ 215 rather than inventing a mid-weight.

Heat-transfer, silicone, woven labels and custom hangtags available. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed at PPS. Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AirTouch™ 195 fails on Peach Pink, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
