Questions that belong to this library block — fabric, construction and programme gates. Factory identity stays on the manufacturer desks, not on every SKU.
Yes — that is why Brushed Slim-Fit Running Yoga Set is cut as one library set on PowerForm™ 215. 4 photographed colourways (Chestnut, Emblem Blue, Black Red Block…) are meant to share dye lots. Recolour still needs a lab dip on the same mill lot; do not mix PowerForm™ and AirTouch™ pieces and expect a visual match.
Yoga Set is locked on PowerForm™ 215 — 81% Nylon 66 / 19% Lycra® spandex · 215 g/m². PowerForm™ 215 is the opacity-first yoga / studio default. On a pale dye such as Black White Block, dropping to AirTouch™ ~195 changes hand and squat/reach coverage. 260–280 GSM knit terry is not a named yoga or tennis base. GSM is locked on the proto — a heavier mill brief does not sit on this block without a new hand-off.
Heat-transfer, silicone, woven labels and custom hangtags available. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed at PPS. On PowerForm™ 215, large chest transfers on high-stretch panels are sampled before bulk — cracking shows at the squat or serve gate. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed on PPS, not on a moodboard.
Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.
On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If PowerForm™ 215 fails on Black White Block, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
One published range: US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days, by construction and fabric complexity. Lower end is a simple library pull; mid is added seams or a set billed per piece; upper is swim hardware, bonding or exclusive mill. A two-piece set is usually two pieces. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
