Yoga Set sits on AirTouch™ 195 — Cool-touch Nylon / Lycra® · 190–200 g/m². AirTouch™ is the cooler, lighter yoga path. If Taupe must stay squat-proof, we check opacity on that dye lot at proto; some programmes move the same block onto PowerForm™ 215 rather than inventing a mid-weight.

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AirTouch™ 195 fails on Taupe, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.

One published range: US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days, by construction and fabric complexity. Lower end is a simple library pull; mid is added seams or a set billed per piece; upper is swim hardware, bonding or exclusive mill. A two-piece set is usually two pieces. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
