On a pale dye such as Black Coffee, dropping to AirTouch™ ~195 changes hand and squat/reach coverage. 260–280 GSM knit terry is not a named yoga or tennis base. GSM is locked on the proto — a heavier mill brief does not sit on this block without a new hand-off.

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If PowerForm™ 215 fails on Black Coffee, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
