Bikini Set runs on AquaForm™ 220 — 75% Nylon / 25% Lycra® · 220 g/m² · UPF 50+. AquaForm™ 220 is the chlorine-fast Nylon/Lycra® swim face. Hardware, lining and wet-opacity on Union Jack are sample gates — not brochure claims. GRS recycled fibre is a mill TC path, not the sitewide default.

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AquaForm™ 220 fails on Union Jack, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
