What happens if we change the zipper length or puller?

Puller and colour are trim SKUs and stay on the library MOQ. Changing zipper length, reversing the opening, or moving to a bonded zip is a construction proto. Swim and tennis zips need a salt/sweat rub check before PPS.

Is CloudTouch™ 260 a yoga compression base?

Outerwear is on CloudTouch™ 260 — Brushed knit · 260 g/m². CloudTouch™ is brushed knit / terry for lounge and cover — not a sculpting yoga GSM. Do not brief 260 knit terry as if it were PowerForm™ 215. Shrinkage and wash-hand are locked on the knit proto.

Which logo methods sit cleanly on this knit?

Heat-Transfer, Silikon, gewebte Labels und eigene Hangtags. Das Artwork bleibt unter NDA; die Platzierung wird beim PPS bestätigt.

Welche Änderungen verändern die MOQ dieses Stils?

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

Wie wird die Deckkraft vor der Serie geprüft?

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If CloudTouch™ 260 fails on Rose Pink, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.

What actually changes the sample fee inside US$50–100?

One published range: US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days, by construction and fabric complexity. Lower end is a simple library pull; mid is added seams or a set billed per piece; upper is swim hardware, bonding or exclusive mill. A two-piece set is usually two pieces. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
