Fragen zu diesem Block im Entwicklungskatalog — Stoff, Verarbeitung und Programmbedingungen. Die Fabrik steht auf den Herstellerseiten, nicht auf jeder SKU.
Sometimes. A mock-two or centre-front seam is usually there for shaping or to hide a shelf. Removing it is a block change: we cut a proto, re-check bust ease and opacity, then PPS. It is not a free line-side edit and can move the programme off the 150-piece library trial.
On PowerForm™ 215, medium studio compression is the usual library intent. Training-grade hold needs a denser panel or PowerForm™ path and a new measurement spec — we do not ‘just tighten the elastic’.
Yes. Open-back and cross-back blocks move load into the strap and shelf. We confirm strap width, slider type and bust containment on proto — a racer conversion is a new strap map, not a line-side snip.
Yoga Bodysuit is locked on PowerForm™ 215 — 81% Nylon 66 / 19% Lycra® spandex · 215 g/m². PowerForm™ 215 is the opacity-first yoga / studio default. On a pale dye such as Oat Apricot, dropping to AirTouch™ ~195 changes hand and squat/reach coverage. 260–280 GSM knit terry is not a named yoga or tennis base. GSM is locked on the proto — a heavier mill brief does not sit on this block without a new hand-off.
Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.
On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If PowerForm™ 215 fails on Oat Apricot, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
