Short answer: ZIESHINE is not a sportswear fabric mill and does not sell fabric by the yard. We co-develop sportswear fabric with specialist partner mills and cut and sew the garments on our own floor in Dongguan — so every base is approved on the garment it is for, not on a header card.

Buyers searching custom nylon spandex development, a performance fabric mill, or yoga leggings fabric development are not asking for cloth by the metre. The brief names the end use (yoga compression, soft studio, court, swim or lounge), the hand you want to match, the colour count, and whether the base already exists in the library. PowerForm is the court and training hand. AirTouch is the softer studio hand. AquaForm stays on swim. CloudTouch stays on lounge knit. A new knit is a mill programme, not a swatch from a retail shelf.
Lab dips come before a garment proto. Once the hand is approved, DONGGUAN ZIESHINE APPAREL CO.,LTD. cuts and sews in Dongguan. Yarn and dye stay with the mill. Mill minimums for a custom colour are typically 500m to 1300m or more per colour. After that base exists, garment MOQ is still 150 pcs per style and colour, with a library trial from 100 when the style is already blocked. Samples are US$50-100 per garment piece in 7-9 working days on library bases. Deposit follows PPS. No sitewide FOB is published on this page. The quote follows the approved hand, the colour count and the order.
