ブリーフから量産までの段階ゲート：NDA、生地、プロト、フィットメモ、PPS、生産。各ゲートでバイヤーの判断を明確にします。

段階マップ

1. Brief + NDA — category, silhouette, fabric target, markets.
2. Fabric path — library base or mill development.
3. Proto sample — 7–9 working days typical on library bases.
4. Fit notes — written comments, not verbal only.
5. PPS — pre-production sample approval.
6. Bulk — typically ~25–30 days after PPS on stocked fabric.

ラインを進めるバイヤーの判断

色基準、ロゴ位置、ゴムの弾性率、グレーディング規則が「TBD」のままだと工場は止まります。日程を求める前にテックパックで確定してください。
