How is coverage and lining locked before PPS?

Standard swim lining on brief — full front lining typical; power-mesh or colour-matched lining on request. Confirm wet-opacity needs for light colours at sample. Coverage is written on the fit sheet — we do not infer retail coverage from a moodboard. Front lining is typical; power-mesh or colour-matched lining is a sample option. Light colours need a wet-opacity check. Hardware colour and clasp type are BOM items, not afterthoughts.

What swim base and weight does this style run on?

One-Piece Swimsuit runs on AquaForm™ 220 — 75% Nylon / 25% Lycra® · 220 g/m² · UPF 50+. AquaForm™ 220 is the chlorine-fast Nylon/Lycra® swim face. Hardware, lining and wet-opacity on Rose Pink are sample gates — not brochure claims. GRS recycled fibre is a mill TC path, not the sitewide default.

Which logo methods survive chlorine and wet wear on this fabric?

Transfert thermique, silicone, étiquettes tissées et hangtags sur mesure. L’artwork reste sous NDA ; l’emplacement se confirme au PPS.

Quels changements modifient le MOQ de ce modèle ?

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

Comment l’opacité est-elle vérifiée avant la série ?

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AquaForm™ 220 fails on Rose Pink, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.

What actually changes the sample fee inside US$50–100?

One published range: US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days, by construction and fabric complexity. Lower end is a simple library pull; mid is added seams or a set billed per piece; upper is swim hardware, bonding or exclusive mill. A two-piece set is usually two pieces. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
