Can the bra and bottoms share the same dye lot?
Yes — that is why Lycra® Seamless Open-Back Yoga Set is cut as one library set on AirTouch™ 195. 5 photographed colourways (Light Khaki, Smoke Blue, Dusk Mist Blue…) are meant to share dye lots. Recolour still needs a lab dip on the same mill lot; do not mix PowerForm™ and AirTouch™ pieces and expect a visual match.
Is ‘seamless’ a knit-to-shape garment or a bonded cut-and-sew?
On this library it is a seamless-look cut-and-sew: raw-edge or bonded hems on a circular-look face, still cut in Dongguan. It is not a Santoni fully-fashioned piece unless the brief opens a knit-to-shape development. Bonded hems need a wash + stretch gate before PPS.

Is AirTouch™ 195 heavy enough for this silhouette?
Yoga Set sits on AirTouch™ 195 — Cool-touch Nylon / Lycra® · 190–200 g/m². AirTouch™ is the cooler, lighter yoga path. If Light Khaki must stay squat-proof, we check opacity on that dye lot at proto; some programmes move the same block onto PowerForm™ 215 rather than inventing a mid-weight.
Which logo methods work on this fabric?
Heat-transfer, silicone, woven labels and custom hangtags available. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed at PPS. On AirTouch™ 195, large chest transfers on high-stretch panels are sampled before bulk — cracking shows at the squat or serve gate. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed on PPS, not on a moodboard.
Conditions du programme
Quels changements modifient le MOQ de ce modèle ?
Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.
Comment l’opacité est-elle vérifiée avant la série ?
On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AirTouch™ 195 fails on Light Khaki, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
