Construction

How is coverage and lining locked before PPS?

Standard swim lining on brief — full front lining typical; power-mesh or colour-matched lining on request. Confirm wet-opacity needs for light colours at sample. Coverage is written on the fit sheet — we do not infer retail coverage from a moodboard. Front lining is typical; power-mesh or colour-matched lining is a sample option. Light colours need a wet-opacity check. Hardware colour and clasp type are BOM items, not afterthoughts.

Can the bikini top and bottom share the same dye lot?

Yes on a library set cut from one AquaForm™ face. 1 photographed colourway (Mocha) are intended as pairs. A new print or a contrast lining is a separate dip. Do not mix a recycled-fibre colour with a virgin Nylon colour and expect a visual match.

What swim base and weight does this style run on?

Bikini Set runs on AquaForm™ 220 — 75% Nylon / 25% Lycra® · 220 g/m² · UPF 50+. AquaForm™ 220 is the chlorine-fast Nylon/Lycra® swim face. Hardware, lining and wet-opacity on Mocha are sample gates — not brochure claims. GRS recycled fibre is a mill TC path, not the sitewide default.

Quels changements modifient le MOQ de ce modèle ?

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

Comment l’opacité est-elle vérifiée avant la série ?

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AquaForm™ 220 fails on Mocha, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.

What actually changes the sample fee inside US$50–100?

One published range: US$50–100 per garment piece in 7–9 working days, by construction and fabric complexity. Lower end is a simple library pull; mid is added seams or a set billed per piece; upper is swim hardware, bonding or exclusive mill. A two-piece set is usually two pieces. Sample fees may be credited after the bulk production order is confirmed. Courier is not credited.
