Construction

Do colourblock panels need separate dye lots?

Each panel colour is its own lot. On Colour-Block Mock Open-Back Tank, contrast panels are matched as a pair on the proto — we do not assume two library solids will sit next to each other without a lab dip. Changing one panel colour is a new dip, not a line-side swap.

Can the centre-front seam be removed?

Sometimes. A mock-two or centre-front seam is usually there for shaping or to hide a shelf. Removing it is a block change: we cut a proto, re-check bust ease and opacity, then PPS. It is not a free line-side edit and can move the programme off the 150-piece library trial.

Yoga Top sits on AirTouch™ 195 — Cool-touch Nylon / Lycra® · 190–200 g/m². AirTouch™ is the cooler, lighter yoga path. If Auburn must stay squat-proof, we check opacity on that dye lot at proto; some programmes move the same block onto PowerForm™ 215 rather than inventing a mid-weight.

Which logo methods work on this fabric?

Heat-transfer, silicone, woven labels and custom hangtags available. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed at PPS. On AirTouch™ 195, large chest transfers on high-stretch panels are sampled before bulk — cracking shows at the squat or serve gate. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed on PPS, not on a moodboard.

Quels changements modifient le MOQ de ce modèle ?

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

Comment l’opacité est-elle vérifiée avant la série ?

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AirTouch™ 195 fails on Auburn, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
