Production capability includes 4-needle 6-line flatlock stitching, coverstitch on Yamato and HIKARI machines, CNC cutting and TEGOTE hanger lines. Standard MOQ is 150 pieces per style and colour (selected library trial from 100 — fabric availability & production feasibility). Bulk cut-and-sew is typically 25–30 days after PPS approval. We do not own knitting or dyeing machines — fabrics are co-developed with specialist mills, then cut, sewn and inspected in our Dongguan building.
