Construcción
Do colourblock panels need separate dye lots?
Each panel colour is its own lot. On Fold-Waist Colour-Block Yoga Shorts, contrast panels are matched as a pair on the proto — we do not assume two library solids will sit next to each other without a lab dip. Changing one panel colour is a new dip, not a line-side swap.
Does the fold-waist stay put in a squat, or is it only a styling cuff?
Library fold-waist blocks are cut to sit as a double-layer cuff, not a costume roll. We check rise, elastic modulus and squat ride-down on the proto. If you want a true high-compression waist, say so — that is a different inner elastic, not a deeper fold.
Can the inseam be graded for petite and tall sizes?
Yes, as a graded length run — not by stretching the same marker. Petite / tall inseams are extra size sets on the PO. Standard library is S–XL on one grade. Extra lengths do not change the 150 pcs / colour MOQ by themselves, but they do add markers, spreading time and a written size spec before PPS.

Is AirTouch™ 195 heavy enough for this silhouette?
Yoga Shorts sits on AirTouch™ 195 — Cool-touch Nylon / Lycra® · 190–200 g/m². AirTouch™ is the cooler, lighter yoga path. If Heather Grey must stay squat-proof, we check opacity on that dye lot at proto; some programmes move the same block onto PowerForm™ 215 rather than inventing a mid-weight.

¿Qué cambios modifican el MOQ de este estilo?
Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.
¿Cómo se comprueba la opacidad antes de la producción?
On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If AirTouch™ 195 fails on Heather Grey, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
