Yes, as a graded length run — not by stretching the same marker. Petite / tall inseams are extra size sets on the PO. Standard library is S–XL on one grade. Extra lengths do not change the 150 pcs / colour MOQ by themselves, but they do add markers, spreading time and a written size spec before PPS.

On this library it is a seamless-look cut-and-sew: raw-edge or bonded hems on a circular-look face, still cut in Dongguan. It is not a Santoni fully-fashioned piece unless the brief opens a knit-to-shape development. Bonded hems need a wash + stretch gate before PPS.

Yoga Capris is locked on PowerForm™ 215 — 81% Nylon 66 / 19% Lycra® spandex · 215 g/m². PowerForm™ 215 is the opacity-first yoga / studio default. On a pale dye such as Auburn, dropping to AirTouch™ ~195 changes hand and squat/reach coverage. 260–280 GSM knit terry is not a named yoga or tennis base. GSM is locked on the proto — a heavier mill brief does not sit on this block without a new hand-off.

On PowerForm™ 215, large chest transfers on high-stretch panels are sampled before bulk — cracking shows at the squat or serve gate. Artwork under NDA; placement confirmed on PPS, not on a moodboard.

Standard garment MOQ stays 150 pcs per style per colour. Selected library trial from 100 is not automatic — fabric availability and this construction must clear first. What does move the number: extra colourways, exclusive mill dye, a new cup/liner map, or a custom fabric (typically 500–1300 m+ / colour). Petite/tall lengths add markers, not a second MOQ, unless they become a separate style code.

On the lightest approved colourway: dry stretch, then a squat / raise-arm photo against a dark underlayer. Swim adds a wet check. We record the result on the proto sheet — not as a marketing adjective. If PowerForm™ 215 fails on Auburn, we change colour, lining or base; we do not ‘print it darker’.
