Stay on the photographed base, or brief another mill hand. Custom fabric still follows mill minimums, typically 500 m to 1,300 m or more per colour.
Each photographed colourway is a starting dye lot. Recolour, including the contrast stripe, needs a lab dip on the same base.
Logo, size grade and hardware stay open under NDA. Deposit follows PPS approval, not the first sample request.

These cards are development blocks, released after an internal fit and fabric check. They do not list a retail price or an open-stock size run. Say the size range in the brief. Export desk confirms which sizes the current pattern can cut, and which need a new grade. If the silhouette is not here, send a sketch or tech pack and it is scoped as its own programme.
